Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons elderflower cordial
  • 250ml sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • 8 blueberries

Method

  1. For each serving, add one tablespoon of elderflower cordial to the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Pour half the chilled sparkling mineral water into each glass.
  3. Add half the blueberries to each glass and serve.
