2 tablespoons elderflower cordial
250ml sparkling mineral water, chilled
8 blueberries

Method
For each serving, add one tablespoon of elderflower cordial to the bottom of a champagne flute.
Pour half the chilled sparkling mineral water into each glass.
Add half the blueberries to each glass and serve.
